Hongzhan 1-15L Liquid/paste packaging machine is the packaging equipment for all kinds of liquid products, such as beverage,viscous,liquid food,liquid cleaning products,glue,building material and personal care products and so on.Machine can automatic forming, bag making, quantitative filling, ink printing, sealing and cutting. Machine with film sterilized by ultraviolet function before packaging, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.
Our machine body made of 304 stainless steel. Pneumatic filling bag sealing,filling level control in tank and can have quantitative filling function,Machine with pneumatic heat sealing and cutting. The bag size, bag type,bag package method ,filling volume and sealing cutting temperature are easy adjusted by controls.
The packaging bag material and the bag produced by machine has the characteristics of large capacity and easy handling. The packaging bag is elastic, soft, light and easy to degrade, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. The liquid bag design has passed the test of high pressure and high load, which can fully guarantee the safety of goods in the process of loading, unloading and transportation.
